PAYMENT POLICY FOR DRAGON STUDY TOURS

1. PAYMENT TERMS

1.1 Deposit

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking.
• The deposit must be paid upon booking to secure the group’s place in the programme.
• The deposit covers administrative and planning costs and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.2 Balance Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

1.3 Payment Methods

• All payments must be made via bank transfer.
• Dragon Study Tours does not accept credit cards or digital payment platforms.
• Any bank charges incurred must be covered by the payer.
• Proof of payment must be sent to info@dragonstudy.org.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

2.1 Cancellation by the Client

Less than 30 days before arrival	No refund

• The 25% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via bank transfer only.

2.2 Visa Refusal

• If a visa is refused, the school or agent must submit official written proof at least 10 days before arrival to be considered for a refund.
• If the visa refusal was due to errors made by the client, no refund will be issued.

2.3 Cancellation by Dragon Study Tours

• If a course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Dragon Study Tours will offer a full refund or an alternative programme.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A refundable security deposit of 40,000 THB per group is required upon arrival.
• This deposit covers damages, losses, or policy violations.
• If damages exceed 40,000 THB, the group leader is responsible for paying the additional amount immediately.
• The security deposit will be returned at the end of the programme, provided no deductions are required.

4. EXTRA LEADERS POLICY

• Each group is entitled to one free leader per 15 students.
• Additional leaders can attend at a rate of 6,000 THB per day, which covers accommodation, meals, transport, excursions, and administrative costs.
• If a group exceeds a multiple of 15 but has fewer than 15 additional students, the extra leader cost will be pro-rated based on the number of extra students, calculated as a proportion of the full extra leader fee.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances beyond the control of Dragon Study Tours.

6. LIABILITY

• Dragon Study Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Dragon Study Tours is not liable for any personal injury unless it results from direct negligence.
• All participants must have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, personal liability, and trip cancellation.
