Step 2 — Receive Your Quotation Dragon Study Tours will respond within five working days with a personalised price per person based on your dates, group size, and programme type. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this point pricing is subject to review.

Step 3 — Accept and Confirm Your Booking To confirm your group’s place, return the signed Booking Confirmation Form and pay the deposit invoice of 25% of the total programme fee by bank transfer within 7 days of receipt. Your dates are not held until both the signed form and the cleared deposit have been received. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Step 4 — Submit Participant Information Following booking confirmation, Dragon Study Tours will send the Participant Information Form. This must be completed in full for every student and leader and returned electronically. Required information includes full legal names, passport details, date of birth, nationality, room allocations, emergency contacts, and all medical, dietary, and welfare information relevant to safe participation in the programme. Participant information must be received no later than 28 days before arrival.
