Dragon Study Tours Booking
Dragon Study Tours booking made simple — your complete 2026 guide.
Dragon Study Tours Booking: Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Schools or agents begin by emailing info@dragonstudy.org with travel dates, group size, and preferred course details.
Step 2: Confirm Availability
Dragon Study Tours will confirm your dates and send full details on accommodation at The Palm Residence, course options, and pricing. Provisional dates are held while the deposit is arranged.
Step 3: Secure the Booking
To confirm your group’s place, a 25% non-refundable deposit and a 3,500 THB administrative fee per student are required.
Payments are made by bank transfer only. Proof of payment should be sent to info@dragonstudy.org.
Why this fee exists
The administrative fee covers booking preparation, scheduling, and communication before arrival. It ensures each group receives complete pre-arrival coordination and a smooth, professionally managed experience.
Step 4: Submit Participant Documents
After the deposit has been received, the school or agent must send all participant details and required documents electronically. This includes student lists, passport copies, room allocations, and any dietary or medical information.
Step 5: Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of reserved places.
Step 6: Pre-Arrival Preparation
Once full payment is received, Dragon Study Tours will provide a Pre-Course Handbook containing essential travel information, arrival details, and programme guidelines. The school or agent must ensure that all students have valid travel insurance before arrival.
