How To Book
Your Guide to Booking a Language Holiday
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry
Schools and agents must submit the initial inquiry on behalf of their group by emailing info@dragonstudy.org. The school or agent serves as the intermediary between the group and Dragon Study Tours (DST).
Step 2: Confirm Availability
DST will confirm availability for your preferred dates and send details about the program, including accommodation, course options, and pricing.
Step 3: Secure the Booking
To confirm the booking, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit includes the administrative fee and secures the group’s place in the program.
- The administrative fee is 3,500 THB per student and is included in the deposit.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer only—credit cards are not accepted.
- Proof of payment must be sent to info@dragonstudy.org
Step 4: Submit Required Documents
Once the deposit is received, the school or agent must submit all required participant details and documentation electronically.
Step 5: Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid 28 days before arrival. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Step 6: Pre-Arrival Preparation
After full payment, the school or agent will receive a Pre-Course Handbook with essential travel and program details. The school or agent is responsible for ensuring that all students have valid travel insurance before arrival.
Step 7: Arrival & Program Start
Groups will be welcomed upon arrival in Hua Hin. A refundable security deposit of 20,000 Thai Baht is required from the group leader upon check-in to cover potential damages or losses. The program will follow the outlined schedule, providing students with an enriching and structured experience.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
